


In 1988, Mr. Gordy established TAGG, a growth company and business accelerator. TAGG has focused in four primary market areas: Life Sciences, Communications, Information Technology (for healthcare and communications), and Human and Asset Security.
Mr. Gordy’s personal focus within TAGG is market acceleration of medical devices and in healthcare services, biotechnology, and related.
The firm provides services to a range of global clients from strategic planning, capitalization, strategic partnering, channel development, and market development of emerging technologies and services.
From 2004 through early 2010, TAGG focused on expanding its breadth of services to include Associate Integration, specifically full-time leadership roles. Pursuant to this, Mr. Gordy assumed the full-time role as President and Chief Executive Officer of CeloNova BioSciences, Inc..
Following his successful integration of multiple organizations into CeloNova, through his leadership, Mr. Gordy expanded the Company’s intellectual property from four to more than 140 patents, built a scientific research center in Germany, led the refinement of the synthesis of the Company’s platform biomedical polymer, brought to market two best-in-class medical devices coated with the polymer in record time, created a Company with a global reputation for ethical business practices, and built the foundation for proven products and growth strategies.

As a senior executive with experience in public and private organizations, Fortune 500 to start-up enterprises, Mr. Gordy has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, administration and management, new facility development, mergers and acquisitions, marketing, contracts, new product and service development, channel development, and operational and financial system auditing.
