Brief History

Our history is about connecting the right people and innovations at the right time with the right resources to accomplish daunting tasks and accomplishments others would call the impossible. In so doing, we each find satisfaction in our endeavors, help others achieve optimum health, and are rewarded.

The Red Thread of Fate —

We all casually come into contact with many people on a regular basis that I would say are just sojourners passing in time and space. But, often we connect, in a glance, in a casual meeting on a plane, the grocery store, a business meeting, or in some recreational, political, spiritual or other event. At those times, if we are paying attention, we realize that this “connection“ was meant to be and for a designated reason. Each time this occurs we have two choices and they are most simple.

Choice is Yours —

One, pay attention and explore the connection in an informal or a formal and more intentional way. It was meant to be and in making a choice to apply ourselves to the developing relationship literally makes real changes in all parties lives in the short or long run.

Engage or Ignore —

Two, ignore it and pretend the connection was serendipity or coincidental and of no value.

TAGG’s Thread —

We have learned that there is value in gained lessons and we experience goodness and light every time. We have also learned that there is loss in letting the string go. Relationships and connections in our journey are the single most important things in our lives. They are intended.

Thomas A. Gordy (Tom) has led the business and growth accelerator, TAGG Worldwide Inc., as its Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer. His expertise includes marketing, sales strategy, and business development, mergers & acquisitions, licensing & distribution, and capital formation. Mr. Gordy has developed the global network and executive skills to speed up corporate growth, reduce time to market, and increase revenue and profits for a company. He has served on the Board of Directors of public and private organizations and is a respected advisor to many companies.

In 1988, Mr. Gordy established TAGG, a growth company and business accelerator. TAGG has focused in four primary market areas: Life Sciences, Communications, Information Technology (for healthcare and communications), and Human and Asset Security.

Mr. Gordy’s personal focus within TAGG is market acceleration of medical devices and in healthcare services, biotechnology, and related.

The firm provides services to a range of global clients from strategic planning, capitalization, strategic partnering, channel development, and market development of emerging technologies and services.

From 2004 through early 2010, TAGG focused on expanding its breadth of services to include Associate Integration, specifically full-time leadership roles. Pursuant to this, Mr. Gordy assumed the full-time role as President and Chief Executive Officer of CeloNova BioSciences, Inc..

Following his successful integration of multiple organizations into CeloNova, through his leadership, Mr. Gordy expanded the Company’s intellectual property from four to more than 140 patents, built a scientific research center in Germany, led the refinement of the synthesis of the Company’s platform biomedical polymer, brought to market two best-in-class medical devices coated with the polymer in record time, created a Company with a global reputation for ethical business practices, and built the foundation for proven products and growth strategies.
